How can you request the guaranteed exam?
During exam registration, on the data entry form, after entering your personal details, you need to tick a checkbox indicating that you would like to take advantage of the guaranteed exam. The invoice issued for the exam fee will then automatically include the +25%, and upon payment of this, you will be eligible for the free second attempt.
